Life Coaching

A solution based approach to discovering what you really want and how you get it. You are in charge of the discovery and you are in charge of the targets and goals. We start with a problem, I guide you through to uncover what you really want, what is stopping you from getting there and how you will manage it. I can also hold you accountable, to ensure you are upholding your commitment!

Holistic counsellling & Healing

This is a process of talking things through ; whilst you may know something is wrong, you may not necessarily know what it is, or why you feel this way. As we talk together, I can start to probe into what is triggering you, how you react emotionally and physically when you encounter these feelings, and how we can work to change this. Finding the source of the problem is the start of the process. Accessing the subconscious mind through various techniques such as EFT, to heal the old traumas, changes the way you perceive things and changes your reactions too.

Emotional freedom technique (Tapping)

EFT is a healing method which enables me to find the root cause of your issues. We tap on acupressure points which calms the mind, and allows new learning to be adopted in the subconscious brain. It is rather like detective work. We follow associations (pathways) in your subconscious, to find out what you brain is trying to protect you from. Once we find them, we can start to heal them, and place them into your memory as an event that happened in your past, rather than something that is still triggering you in the present. Tapping is simple, it works quickly and it is often surprising what we find. The results are immediate, and the work carries on, so that in some weeks, you have forgotten how you originally felt altogether !

For Individuals 

Your experiences, feelings and relationships all intertwine, and unravelling one from the other is often the start of our work. If you are feeling as though patterns keep repeating themselves, or you just feel down (whether that’s self doubt, anxiety, a belief that your’e not good enough, divorce, job loss, or uncertainty…) or you simply feel stuck and need to think things through with a guiding hand, then therapeutic coaching is for you.

Sometimes healing your history, will enable you to move forward in ways you never thought possible. I also offer several different techniques to help you let go of limiting beliefs. This enables you to recognise old negative behaviours and thoughts, and to change them quickly and effectively so that you can move forward from a new perspective.

You can use one of the topics from this website as a starting point if that resonates with you, or you can just talk about anything that comes to mind and I will work with you to enable you to reach your goals.

I use a unique combination of life coaching, holistic counselling and eft (tapping) to achieve lasting transformation. you will feel happier, calmer & more confident in a remarkably short space of time.

How many sessions do you need ?

I recommend starting with 4 sessions for individuals, but many clients benefit from ongoing sessions after the initial 4, particularly if we are working on some deep healing, or you would benefit from staying on target with your goals..

If you commit to 4 sessions and decide not to continue with all 4, I will happily refund the balance (within 3 months of booking).

I offer a discounted rate for weekly sessions which are paid weekly and can be ceased at any time ( with 1 weeks notice) (minimum 6 sessions) .
